The portal is a personalized webpage to help you keep track of listings. You will be able to obtain filters of your searches for viewing specific listings matching your criteria that may include Bank Foreclosures, and/or Short Sales if you wish. In addition, search filters of available properties that are located within so many miles of a certain location or a particular subdivision. The possibilities are endless, the main page of the portal is user friendly and divided into four panels, enclosed is a tutorial video:

What’s so cool about it is, the listing information is coming directly from the Santa Cruz County Multiple Listing Service, the same software system REALTORS use to upload and promote their listings. The information is much more detailed when compared to Realtor.com, Trulia.com, and Zillow.com. You will be able to view ALL the pictures for homes for sale. Plus, you can even share a listing on Facebook, Twitter, and Dwellicious for your family and friends to view and provide you feedback!

Gravatar is a globally recognized avatar image. When you create a Gravatar, this image follows you from site to site appearing beside your name when you do things like comment or post on a blog. Avatars help identify your posts on blogs and web forums, and helps you keep all your medias in one centralized place. Here is a video from Gravatar:

What I like most about it is that you can link and manage all of your channels by displaying them all in one personalized URL link. If you post on a WordPress blog and the hovercard is allowed on the site, your image will display a brief image that would look something like this and it allows bloggers to click on your links to view your networks:

I have also taken it a further step and added my Gravatar link to my channels that only allow info to display in a text-based web browser or a URL link such as LinkedIn, my flyers & CMA presentations I create through Flexmls Web, and all my emails by programming my automatic signature with a following link: Befriend, Follow and Connect With Me!

Google URL Shortner

However, before I programmed my link I first created a short URL through Google URL Shortner to capture my analytics, but I didn’t stop there…Once my Gravatar’s URL was shortened it also created my QR Code. I use my QR Code for all my printed material in effort to provide my viewers access to my networks through their mobile device!
